Appraisals:
Verbal Appraisals: There is no charge for a verbal appraisal when you bring your merchandise into the store.

Written Appraisals: Rates start at $50.00 per hour for written appraisals and includes a description of the item/items and 2 signed copies of the appraisal.

Consignment:
Is offered on limited items only

Estate Purchases:
We will purchase single items to whole estates. We will meet with you at your convenience or you may bring the items in during regular store hours.

Estate Sales:
We hold estate sales on site, so at the end of the sale the house is swept clean at the customers request. There are no up front costs to the customer. We place all ads in the newspapers and internet. We post signs in surrounding area and send estate sale announcements to our extensive list of customers. We pull out, unpack and display to the best selling advantage. We handle all aspects of the estate sale and at the end, send you a check less commission and fees.

Prop Rentals:
We offer a prop rental service for the items in our store and warehouse. You may call or email us if you are looking for specific items. We rent items on a weekly basis at a 25% retail value, plus tax, with proper deposit. If you need to purchase the items, we offer a 20% discount to Prop Designers.
